Kasseler has become known for natural specialty rye breads since 1978. With a family tradition for fine gourmet foods going back over four decades. It's the bread with the original taste of whole grain. Their natural breads are made from such fine ingredients as whole grain cracked rye, stone ground wheat, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, soya bran, oats, barley, rice and unbleached flour.

A special heat/steam packing process preserves the natural fibers and other fine ingredients. It also ensure that without chemical preservatives Kasseler breads stay fresh and taste great for weeks.
